The Give Where You Live Foundation’s Social Innovation Lab partnered with Barwon Water to explore how it supports customers experiencing financial hardship and how its customer support system can continue to evolve into the future.
Led by Social Innovation Lead at the Give Where You Live Foundation, David Spear, the Social Innovation Lab brought together people with diverse perspectives and lived experiences to test whether Barwon Water’s emerging approach reflects the realities customers face and could lead to more effective, accessible support.
