Pitched to raise funds to train, support and place volunteers into local schools to help improve the lives of vulnerable students. The program will introduce specialist mentors to walk alongside students as they prepare to transition from Grade 6 to Year 7. EdConnect Australian raised $35,800 in pitches.
Pitched to raise funds to support re-engaging at-risk young people with education, their families, and the wider community. Geelong Youth Engagement will do this through their Kokoda Youth Program which helps young people work through their life challenges. Geelong Youth Engagement raised $50,350 in pitches.
Pitched to raise funds to provide a culturally appropriate safe place for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander young people to access and thrive. Strong Brother Strong Sister will achieve this through structure and programs aimed to strengthen existing youth groups for those aged 12-25 years. Strong Brother Strong Sister raised $40,850 in pitches.
