We are currently seeking a Partnerships and Fundraising Lead to join our team and help grow our impact across the Geelong region. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced relationship builder to combine commercial acumen with a passion for social impact, connecting businesses, donors, and community partners with causes that create lasting change.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising & Communications, the Partnerships and Fundraising Lead will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth and strengthening community engagement. Working closely with local businesses, philanthropists, donors, and community leaders, you will help develop partnerships that deliver tangible outcomes for the people and communities we serve.
We’re looking for a proactive and strategic professional who enjoys connecting people with purpose. You will bring strong relationship-management skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities that create value for both partners and the community.
