The funding will strengthen Geelong Zero’s capacity to bring together local organisations, services and stakeholders working across the homelessness sector. By expanding sector partnerships, enhancing collaboration and facilitating shared access to subscription-based tools, data and training, the grant will help create a more connected and coordinated response for people experiencing homelessness.
Importantly, the funding will help streamline service delivery, ensuring people sleeping rough can be connected to the right supports sooner.
This grant will further strengthen that work, helping Geelong Zero continue to drive meaningful change across the region and move closer to its goal of ending rough sleeping in Greater Geelong by 2035.
The Give Where You Live Foundation is proud to support innovative community-led solutions that create lasting impact and build a more inclusive future for everyone in our region.
