The Give Where You Live Foundation is looking for employees who are enthusiastic, passionate about their community and who have a bright future in your organisation.
For over 55 years, organisations from across our region have ‘loaned’ their employees to support the Give Where You Live Foundation’s Loaned Executive Program.
Loaned Executives learn about who we are, how we operate and how the donations raised from Workplace Giving make a difference in our community.
Wanting to develop your organisation’s future leaders?
Loaned Executives receive intensive training to develop their communication and presentation skills to become advocates for impactful change in our community. The program also supports employees to gain leadership skills and build their professional networks.
- Professional Development: Lightbulb Training Solutions deliver curriculum that supports Loaned Executives to design and deliver confident and inspirational presentations.
- Engage with your community: Loaned Executives learn more about their community through hearing from various speakers and tours of Give Where You Live Foundation’s community partner organisations.
- Build relationships: The program has a strong emphasis on networking and mentoring. Loaned Executives will expand their professional networks and build relationships with people from a range of businesses.

What is the commitment?
Loaned Executives will attend a two-day training program held on Tuesday 2 & Friday 5 August 2022 which is based on the ‘appreciative enquiry’ framework and facilitated by Lightbulb Training Solutions. The Loaned Executives will visit and hear from some of the Foundation’s community partners to truly see the impact of donations made by our community. They are also invited to ‘Conversations That Matter’ featuring Grace Tame on Wednesday 3 August.
Presentations:
Loaned Executives will then help to educate the community about Give Where You Live Foundation by delivering presentations to their workplace and other organisations.
