Proud Adnyamathanha Woman, Marsha Uppill is the Co-Founder and Director of Arranyinha Pty Ltd.
With three decades of experience across government, community and industry, she weaves First Nations knowledge systems with Western structures to drive meaningful strategic and systems change. Her work spans governance, Aboriginal affairs, social inclusion, workforce reform and cultural design. Guided by cultural respect and self-determination, Marsha builds spaces where collaboration, truth-telling and relational accountability lead to real outcomes.
