Virtual Viewing and Pledge Pack 

 Thank you for joining us virtually for Pitch Up Geelong.

Joining Pitch Up Geelong via Zoom

You can join in the live Zoom feed from 6pm by clicking here or by copying the web address into your browser: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82281873853

A few things to note:

  • You will enter the Zoom and be placed in a ‘waiting room’ and will be admitted into the Zoom event momentarily.
  • We would love to see your smiling face so we ask you to keep your camera on.
  • You can join in the evening with comments and pledging through the Zoom ‘chat’ function which will be monitored throughout the event.

Making a pledge

You can make your pledges on the night to one, two or all three of our Pitching Organisations, listed in two ways: either on the night or by letting us know prior.

Pledge the Night

Let the Foundation know which of the organisations you would like to donate to by:

  1. Writing it in the chat function on the Zoom during the evening’s pledging round

OR

  1. Emailing the Foundation by Thursday, 2 June 11am with your pledge here events@givewhereyoulive.com.au with the following information
    • Your Name and Phone number
    • The organisation you wish to pledge to and the amount:
  • Wellways Australia $ ________
  • Hope Bereavement Care $ _________
  • Little Dreamers Australia $ _________

OR

  1. Call Give Where You Live Foundation on 7036 5037 and provide your information and pledge and you can complete your pledged donation with a credit card over the phone or online via the link below

 

A Foundation team member will read out your pledge on the night and it will be matched by Funding Partners Anthony Costa Foundation, gforce employment + recruitment, Harwood Andrews and Kerr’s Hire.

Please note our email and phone will not be monitored Thursday afternoon, as we will be setting up for the actual event.
