Chairperson’s award
Congratulations to Kevin Brown, the recipient of the 2017 Chairperson’s Award. Kevin, a long-time supporter of the Foundation in his role of Plant Manager at Ford Australia, actively nurtured the partnership between the two organisations in particular through his advocacy of our Workplace Giving Program and its accompanying Loaned Executive Program.

Theory of Change
Over the last 12 months the Give Where You Live Foundation has been engaged in developing a theory of change. Our Theory of Change is simply a hypothesis about how we think we can address disadvantage in our region in the most effective and efficient way to achieve greater impact.

With input and involvement from all members of our community including the Give Where You Live Board, Staff, Grant Recipients, Donors, Corporate Partners, Service Experts, Loaned Executives, Life Members, Grant Reviewers and Workplace Givers, the Give Where You Live Foundation’s Theory of Change was officially launched in November 2017.
